At New Alternatives Home Health Services, all of the care services we provide in our client’s home are supervised by a registered nurse. Our registered nurse (RN) supervisor oversees the team’s performance and ensures the smooth delivery and quality of services and compliance with health and safety standards and regulations
The tasks of our Registered Nurse (RN) Supervisor include:
- Communicate with attending physicians to record and sign their orders, update them with patient statuses, and convey test results
- Supervise nursing staff, including scheduling, evaluations, and compliance with regulations.
- Provide direct care to patients, assess their health status, and administer medication and treatments
- Add, review, and ensure safe practices for nursing charts and discharge papers
